Our store accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Escrow Service (on large or overseas orders, escrow.com), PayPal, as well as payment by check, money order, or wire transfer. Please call to arrange payment by wire transfer.
Our Return Policy
We will accept any product in its original package for up to 10 days from the date of shipment. Before returning any product, you will need to call for an RMA number. We charge a 10% restocking fee for all returned orders. All custom orders are not refundable but we will work out your problems and make something to meet your needs.

If you have special questions about ordering, please give us a call. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00am -7:00pm EST. We accept special orders for any type of Gemstone you would want, our contacts around the world are always recieving new and exciting products. Special orders take upto 10 business days depending on where in the world we ordered it. If the stone is not available we can always have it cut or cut it ourselves. Please Email with your requests.
